The list typically holds 20,000+ live proxies across 180+ countries at any time. Each proxy is rechecked every minute, tagged with its anonymity level (elite, anonymous, or transparent), country code, and response latency, and removed from the list as soon as it stops responding within the 15-second timeout. The full dataset is available as a downloadable TXT, JSON, or CSV file, as a free public API at api.proxyscrape.com/v4/free-proxy-list/get, and as a GitHub repository at github.com/proxyscrape/free-proxy-list.
